smthng is a free iPhone app for finding something to do tonight or this weekend. It gathers what’s happening across NYC — live music, comedy, markets, film, talks and classes, sports, things for kids — from hundreds of venues and organizers, and puts it all on one map, updated every day.

Map. Pick a day and a time window and see what’s on near you. Tap a dot for the details, the price, and the link to tickets.
Feed. Swipe through the week one event at a time. Save what you like; the feed learns your taste from what you keep and what you pass on.
Picks. A short list of the day’s best, chosen for you. Save an event and your phone reminds you before it starts.
